What makes it a Best Place to Work:

■ The PLL feels like a home to those that join. Work doesn’t feel like work — it is fun, engaging, stimulating, and it’s allowed for me to grow at a fast rate, faster than I think I would if I was in another sports organization.

■ I find myself in a unique place to both work in an industry/environment I love, while also helping build something alongside like-minded peers. I love and am further motivated by the work we strive toward here.

■ Everyone at the PLL cares about the organization and want to see this league become successful. Everyone is willing to lend a hand and are always respectful and there is a great culture overall.
