U.S. Youth Soccer named former Dallas Cup Exec Dir PETER DAVIS GM/Partnership Development (USYS).

Penn Entertainment named Disney Entertainment and ESPN President & Chief Technology Officer AARON LABERGE Chief Technology Officer. Subject to customary regulatory approvals, he will assume the role on July 1. LaBerge, who was a nominee for Technology Executive of the Year at this year's Sports Business Awards: Tech, will report directly to Penn CEO & President JAY SNOWDEN (Penn Entertainment).

The American Association of Professional Baseball named Perfect Game USA Midwest Regional Dir CHRIS BROWNE VP/Sponsorships. In his role, Browne will handle sponsorship services for the league, coordinate sponsor-related events including the All-Star Game, the Miles Wolff Cup and Baseball Champions League in addition to other leaguewide initiatives (AAPB).

Atlanta United named former Toronto FC interim head coach JAVIER PEREZ Dir of Methodology. The newly created role will replace the Academy Dir position held by MATT LAWREY. Perez will oversee the development of United’s academy and 2s players and will report to VP CARLOS BOCANEGRA. Lawrey will move to an "on-field role focusing on individual development" (ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION, 4/22).
