■ In the last year we’ve codified our mission — to close the gender income and opportunity gap in professional sports — and implemented into all sales decks among other places. We have a culture where employees feel recognized and celebrated — we have a “Shout-outs” section at our weekly all-hands where employees acknowledge great performance/efforts they’ve seen from colleagues in the prior week.
