Braves RF NICK SWISHER is "selling his downtown Scottsdale penthouse" for $1.895M. The three-bedroom home "has a high-end theater and great views." Former MLBer JIM LEFEBVRE listed his Scottsdale home in the Ladera Vista area for $1.5M. The five-bedroom home "is located on 2.6 acres." Former MLBer JONNY GOMES is "selling his home in Scottsdale’s DC ranch" for $1.1M. Former D-backs President RICH DOZER has his Phoenix home in "coveted" Arcadia neighborhood for sale at $2.19M (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 3/11)....Giants P MATT CAIN has "tossed his 11,084-square-foot home in Paradise Valley, Ariz., on the market" for $5.85M. The Santa Barbara-style estate "brings to mind an oasis in the desert with mature greenery, rolling lawns, a koi pond and a running stream."
